Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item was damaged, defective, or incomplete upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or altered unless they are found to be faulty.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or store credit.
- Refunds will exclude delivery and handling charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange within the return period. We’ll replace it at no extra cost if stock is available.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation.
- We will guide you on the return or pickup process depending on your location.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale
- Custom-built or special-order solar kits
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation
6. Warranty Support
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If your item develops a fault after the return window, we’ll assist you in processing warranty claims as per the manufacturer’s terms.
